Identifying User Needs
As a student, I want to:
• Create my profile in less than a minute, with sufficient details to facilitate matches with educators
• Complete course registration by clicking on a link shared in a WhatsApp group (after educator & student match)
• Leave a quick review after a course
• Receive email notifications for key milestones, including profile creation, successful payment, course registration, and reminders before the course begins
• Display course session times in my local time zone
• Search and filter educators and request a session with them through direct message
• View a list of previous and upcoming lessons and access each course/educator details
• Join an upcoming session by clicking a 'join' button that takes me directly to the educator's shared meeting link
• View teachers' past lesson reviews and project/testimonials/certificates
